Sasirega was my optometrist and she did a fantastic job of explaining what I needed and why! Very pleasant experience with her. The day I went for my appointment was also the day Commbank went down, thankfully Dalida was very patient with me as I was sorting out payment for my glasses. Jennie was the one who fit my glasses and explained proper care and usage of my glasses, she was thorough and very bright and welcoming. All-in-all I've had an extremely positive experience at OPSM Blacktown, highly recommend!

Doctors are good & my doctor MR Yung was very good & 4 years in a row I go to Blacktown OPSM. However glass + lense prices are too high compared to other optometrist shops. Otherwise I would give 5 star rating. Every time I find myself hard buying designer glass from OPSM due to high pricing. So I had to go find a better deals from spec savers. And this time also find a great designer glasses deals from spec savers.

Fantastic team - always courteous & friendly, and very knowledgeable about their jobs. My recently-purchased intermediate glasses (for computer) weren't working great for me because I sit further from my monitor than normal. I mentioned this when I went in for a frame adjustment, and a week later I have replacement glasses which are absolutely perfect! Highly recommend. :-)

Eye test apart, the on floor staff who looked after me and has been doing so for years is Jenny. She is very thorough and professional. She is also friendly and very helpful in catering to customers’ needs. It is one of the main reasons I go to OPSM Blacktown.

Very happy with the service, and would recommend it to friends and family members! Only one minus point, I got charged $60 for an ultra-wide digital retina examination which is free in Specsavers but they asked me before the test which I considered so all good. Overall very happy with Optometrist Suna Yang. Thank you

From the time we walked in all the staff had a smile on their faces & very friendly. One of the best optometrists we have ever had, very thorough & explained everything. The dispensers were the same. Great service & good price !

I visited today and Jermyn (the Optometrist) was so friendly and helpful. I feel like he really went out of his way to explain in detail to help me understand. I was very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Jermyn to anyone visiting opsm Blacktown.

Excellent service from booking over the phone to customer service at the front desk and all the way to the optometrist Tsu Shan Chambers who's very professional to deal with. What an excellent experience every time I step into the door. Great work OPSM
